Welcome to Nochit.ng. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that govern use of the platform which connects Vendors (service providers) with Customers (service buyers). By accessing or using Nochit.ng you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Nochit.ng.
2. Account Registration & Verification
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Vendors must complete verification (KYC) before uploading services. Required information includes the National Identification Number (NIN), full legal name, and matching bank account details.
- Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts whose name matches the verification documents.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions and are responsible for all content they upload.
- Vendors must comply with applicable Nigerian laws and platform rules.
- Uploading a service constitutes acceptance of the refund policy described in Section 7.
4. User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or request chargebacks without justification.
- Respect vendor terms and the dispute resolution process.
5. Referral System
- Referrers earn 3% of what their referees spend on paid services.
- Referral earnings are credited automatically and can be withdrawn with regular earnings.
- Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referral, etc.) will lead to forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.
6. Payments, Escrow & Withdrawals
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave and other approved gateways). Nochit.ng does not store sensitive payment details.
- Users must comply with the terms of the payment processors.
Escrow System
- Payments for services are paid into Nochit.ng’s escrow account and held securely until both Vendor and Customer confirm completion.
- If completion is not confirmed, Nochit.ng support will intervene to review evidence and determine whether funds should be released.
- Attempting to bypass escrow is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Payments Outside Nochit.ng
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals take 24–48 hours to process. Additional verification may delay processing.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to bank accounts that exactly match the name on verification documents.
- Nochit.ng is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
7. Refund Policy
Uploading a service means the Vendor agrees to this refund policy. Refunds are not automatic and are issued only after a review.
General Rules
- Valid refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and include supporting evidence that the service was not delivered as described.
- For valid cases, refunds may be split 50% to the Vendor and 50% to the Customer by default.
- No refunds for subjective reasons (change of mind, non-use, price comparison).
- Digital codes or non-returnable services are refundable only if proven invalid.
Adjustments & Vendor Obligations
- Nochit.ng may increase or decrease the refund percentage to either party after reviewing evidence, vendor responsiveness, communication quality, and delivery quality.
- Vendors must respond to refund disputes within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in automatic approval of the customer claim and may affect the vendor’s refund share.
- Nochit.ng’s decision on refunds is final.
Nochit.ng Service Fee
8. Service Availability
Nochit.ng does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occur. We will try to notify users when major interruptions are planned.
9. Prohibited Activities
- No illegal content, impersonation, hacking, or other malicious behavior.
- No fake or stolen identities. Violators face suspension/termination.
10. Marketplace Role
Nochit.ng acts as a facilitator and marketplace host. Vendors are responsible for the services they sell.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Contact support first. Disputes will be handled internally before escalation under Nigerian law if required.
12. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Serious or repeated offenses may result in permanent bans.
13. Privacy
User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to data processing for verification and platform operations.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Nochit.ng after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
