3. Payments & Escrow Processing
3.1 Third-Party Payment Providers
All payments are processed by trusted third parties such as Paystack and Flutterwave. Nochit does not store card details.
3.2 Escrow Workflow
When a buyer pays for a service, funds are held in escrow by Nochit and released only when both parties confirm completion. If there is a dispute, our support team will review evidence and resolve the matter according to our dispute and refund rules.
3.3 Payments Outside Nochit
Payments made outside the Platform are not covered by Nochit and are at the parties' own risk. We strongly encourage all transactions to be completed through the Platform.

Verification documents (NIN, ID cards, etc.) are encrypted and stored securely.
They are used solely for confirming identity, fraud prevention and compliance.
